Our Blacktown Office is SydWest Multicultural Services' headquarters and is the largest office in the region. It is located on Level 2, 125 Main Street, Blacktown* and is a 10-minute walk from Blacktown Train and Bus Stations. Our building and office have been assessed as 'Fully Compliant' with all disability access requirements.

There are four meeting rooms for internal/external use in our Blacktown Office and Wi-Fi is available for visiting clients. For all matters relating to Aged Care – our Aged Care Team are located on the Ground Floor, together with the Families Team. Regular info sessions for the ILC (Information Linkages & Capacity Building), Aged Care Seniors Social Groups and many others are also held in this site.
SydWest staff are experienced case workers who collaborate with our neighbouring TAFE NSW, as well as other key services across the region. Additionally, we are headquartered with several other community services allies. This allows us to cover all matters of cultural diversity and deliver the best service possible for vulnerable individuals.
Blacktown City Council is a great supporter of our organisation and considers SydWest a leading community services organisation in the LGA.

* Please note: If driving to our Blacktown Office – it is only accessible via Sunnyholt Road. We have accessible visitor parking which is located at the front of the building. There is also a public access car-park located across the road.
